Works with the channel your customers already use: customer messaging, website chat, email, CRM, or help desk. Answer the repeat questions once. The AI customer service assistant does the rest.

AI Customer Support
$1,990USD · fixedTrained AI assistant grounded in your FAQs, hours, pricing, policies, and examples. Deployed into the inbox your team already uses. Handles routine inbound support, drafts or sends repeat answers, captures leads, and hands off to you when it does not know. Docs included. Yours to run, tune, or migrate — no lock-in.
- 15-min discovery call
- Channel setup
- Knowledge base setup
- Trained model workflow
- Prompt tuning on your content
- Shadow-testing before go-live
- 2-week post-launch support
- Documentation + handoff
Platform, model, and hosting costs are paid directly by you. For most small businesses this is low monthly usage, but the exact number depends on channel, volume, and model choice. I do not take a cut. Optional maintenance is $49/month after launch. Bookings or payments integration adds $500–$1,500 on top (Calendly, Cal.com, Stripe links) — scoped on the call.
Who it's for
AI customer support for any inbox that never stops.
If your team is replying to repeat inbound messages instead of running the business, this AI customer support setup is for you. Most clients save 15–20 hours a month in the first four weeks.
Local services
An AI customer service assistant for hours, pricing, booking, availability, policies, fit, and the same ten questions every new customer asks.
Restaurants and venues
An AI support chatbot for menu questions, hours, allergens, reservations, location, private events, and service-time messages.
Colivings and hostels
An AI assistant for availability, pricing, check-in, amenities, community, wifi, and the repeat questions every arriving guest sends.
Professional services
An AI customer support assistant for qualification, pricing, offer fit, service area, intake, and the repeatable part of sales handoff.
How it works
One week to build an AI support chatbot. Runs forever.
01
Day 1 · Map the questions
Free 15-minute discovery call. You send me the fifteen most common messages your business gets. I pull the patterns and the edge cases.
02
Days 2–3 · Channel setup
We connect the inbox that matters: customer messaging, website chat, email, CRM, or help desk. If Meta approval is needed, we plan around that lead time.
03
Days 4–5 · Build + tune
A trained AI support workflow, grounded in your FAQs, policies, examples, and tone. Hands off to you when confidence is low. Tuned against real messages.
04
Day 6 · Shadow test
Real messages routed through the assistant but also visible to you. Catches edge cases before any customer sees a wrong answer.
05
Day 7 · Live + handoff
Documentation, credentials, and a 2-week tune-up window included. After that, it's yours — run it, migrate it, or hire me to upgrade it later.
Which one?
Assistant for customers. Automation for support ops.
AI Customer Support is the front-door conversation layer. AI Support Automation is the internal help-desk workflow when ticket volume, agents, SLAs, and routing rules already exist.
Customers ask the same questions in customer messaging, website chat, email, DMs, or a shared inbox.
AI Customer Support
Your team already has Zendesk, Intercom, Help Scout, Freshdesk, Front, or ticket queues.
AI Support Automation
You need FAQs, booking questions, lead capture, simple triage, and human handoff.
AI Customer Support
You need ticket classification, priority, sentiment, first-response drafts, routing, and QA loops.
AI Support Automation
Simple rule: if customers need answers, book AI customer support. If agents need operational leverage inside a help desk, book support automation.
FAQ
The questions first.
The ones I always get on the first call. If yours isn't here, it's worth a message.
What does the $1,990 AI customer support package include?
Discovery call, inbox/channel setup, a trained AI assistant grounded in your FAQs and policies, workflow automation, deployed endpoint, 2 weeks of support after going live, and handoff documentation. Fixed price — no surprises, no retainer.
Why $1,990 and not a subscription?
Because you own it. The workflow, the prompts, the knowledge base, and the infrastructure are yours. You pay any platform, model provider, or hosting provider directly. No retainer, no lock-in, no monthly invoice from me unless you choose optional maintenance.
Can you help with hosting and monitor it for us?
Yes. I help set up hosting in your account so you own it. If you want uptime monitoring, basic resilience, backups, small updates, and someone watching the deployment, I can maintain it for $49/month. Otherwise, I hand it over and you can run it yourself.
Is this a real AI support chatbot, or a decision tree?
Real AI. The model reads the question, understands intent, and answers with context from your knowledge base. Not "press 1 for hours" — it is a conversation. Falls back to a human handoff when confidence is low.
Can it book appointments or take payments?
Yes, with integrations. Calendly, Cal.com, or custom calendars for bookings. Stripe payment links for payments. Adds $500–$1,500 to the build depending on the stack; scoped on the free discovery call.
What if it gives a wrong answer?
It's trained to say "I'm not sure — let me get back to you" when confidence is low and routes the conversation to you. After launch, you review low-confidence messages weekly for the first month; I tune the prompts. Included in the 2-week post-launch support.
How long from kickoff to live?
1 week, end to end when your chosen channel is ready. Day 1: discovery call and content audit. Days 2–3: channel setup. Days 4–5: assistant build and prompt tuning. Day 6: shadow testing with real messages. Day 7: live.
How is this different from AI Support Automation?
AI Customer Support is the fast customer-facing conversation layer: repeat questions, FAQs, booking, lead capture, and handoff in the inbox customers already use. AI Support Automation is the deeper internal support operations workflow for SaaS or ecommerce teams that already have ticket volume, agents, routing rules, and help-desk processes.
Do I keep the assistant if we stop working together?
Yes. The build is yours — the n8n workflow, prompts, and all configuration. You can self-host or hire someone else to tune it. No dependencies on me.
