FAQ
Common questions about the workshop.
How many people should attend the workshop?
Five to fifteen is the sweet spot. Small enough that every person picks a real bottleneck from their own work, large enough that the room sparks ideas you wouldn't get 1:1. The fee is flat either way — headcount doesn't change it.
Do we need technical people on the team?
No. The workshop is designed so that the non-technical members leave with a workflow running on their own account. Technical folks typically leave with an architecture in their head for a bigger automation they'll build the following week.
What do we need to prepare?
Each person brings one repetitive task they wish would do itself — an email triage, a reporting ritual, a weekly content step. That's the raw material for the live build at 1:20. No slides, no pre-work beyond that.
Can you deliver the workshop in our language?
English or French, live. Portuguese if needed — I'm conversational, not fluent, so better suited for mixed teams. The n8n + Claude interfaces are English-native so multilingual teams usually default to English anyway.
Do you travel, or is this Ericeira-only?
I travel. Ericeira and Lisbon are no-extra-cost. Elsewhere in Portugal and Spain is a flat travel day on top of the workshop fee. Remote via live video works too — same format, slightly tighter facilitation.
What happens after the workshop?
You leave with at least one live automation, a cheat sheet, and three next-step ideas scoped for your team. Optional: a half-day follow-up two weeks later to unblock what you started shipping — booked as a separate engagement.
How much does it cost?
Flat fee per workshop, not per head. Exact quote after a 10-minute scoping call — it depends on venue, travel, and whether you want the follow-up half-day included. No hidden extras.
