Because you own it. The workflow, the prompts, the infrastructure — all yours. You pay Meta directly for message costs (typically $0.005–$0.05 per conversation; most small businesses spend $10–$40 per month). No retainer, no lock-in, no monthly invoice from me.
Is this a real AI, or a decision tree?

Can it book appointments or take payments?
