Work
Things I've shipped. Things I'm shipping.
Eight years across web3, AI, SEO, and local community. Multiple ventures at once because each one teaches something the others can't. Below: what's live now, what shipped, what shaped me.

Ericeira Review.
Ericeira deserves better than TripAdvisor reviews from people who spent a weekend here. A local's guide — surf with real conditions, restaurants where the food matches the hype, and the people who make this town tick.
Built with Nuxt for performance and SEO, structured for content that compounds. In public, iterating weekly.

How I work
Every project, same logic.
01
Understand
What are we solving? For whom? Why hasn't it been solved? The diagnosis before the prescription.
02
Architect
Design the system, not the feature. How does it scale? How does it evolve? What breaks first?
03
Ship
Clean code, strong foundations, pragmatic calls. Live, get feedback, iterate. Perfection is the enemy.
04
Grow
Launch is day one. SEO, community, analytics, iteration — the engine that compounds over months.

Got something you want to build?
I take on a handful of projects at a time. If it's ambitious and interesting, I want to hear about it.
