Planetary Property Association
I built the full-stack blockchain architecture used to sell Planetary Property Association’s 10,000 Surrealestates, from Shuttle Pass utility and allowlists to the main ERC-721 mint.
The challenge
Connect a tiered pass collection and a 10,000-piece land collection without losing control of eligibility, supply, pricing, or the buyer’s mint state.
Planetary Property Association was not a single contract and a mint button. Bronze, Silver, and Gold Shuttle Passes carried different entitlements into the main Surrealestates sale. The launch had to translate those rules into verifiable on-chain checks while giving the team safe controls for allowlists, sale stages, metadata, limits, and funds.
How it worked
Two-contract release model
An ERC-1155 contract handled the three Shuttle Pass tiers, while the main ERC-721 contract issued the 10,000 Surrealestates. Keeping the collections separate made each token’s supply and purpose inspectable.
Merkle allowlists and mint limits
The sale used Merkle proofs and per-wallet allocations to verify eligibility without storing a large address list on-chain. Public and early mint paths could enforce their own limits and prices.
Operable sale controls
Explicit sale states, owner minting, metadata controls, pricing, and withdrawals gave the launch team the controls needed to move between phases without replacing the deployed contracts.
Full-stack mint journey
The web experience connected wallet state, eligibility, quantity, contract feedback, and transaction progress so buyers could understand what the contracts would accept before spending gas.

Designed and implemented the full architecture used to sell the 10,000-NFT Surrealestates collection.

Built the ERC-1155 Shuttle Pass and ERC-721 mint mechanics around tiered access, Merkle proofs, wallet allocations, sale stages, and supply limits.

Connected the contracts to the buyer-facing mint flow, including wallet state, eligibility, quantities, errors, and transaction feedback.

Supported the release as an operating system rather than an isolated deployment, keeping contract controls, metadata, and launch state aligned.
What changed
The Shuttle Pass contract received exactly 1,854.79 ETH during the 9–10 January 2022 mint; historical market reporting later recorded 1,945.226 ETH in secondary trading.
Public transaction history shows 6,810 successful value-bearing calls to the Shuttle Pass contract between 9 and 10 January 2022, totalling exactly 1,854.79 ETH. Using daily ETH snapshots of roughly $3,083–$3,158, that is about $5.7M–$5.9M at the time. The verified Surrealestates contract defines a 10,000-piece collection, while historical marketplace reporting attributes 9,434 sales and 1,945.226 ETH of secondary volume to the Shuttle Pass collection.
